It is treatable ,depression causes feeling of sadness or loss of interest in activities once enjoyed.

Depression symptoms can vary from mild to severe and can include

  • feeling sad or having a depressed mood
  • loss of interest or pleasure in activity once enjoyed
  • changes in appetite -weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting
  • trouble sleeping or sleeping to much
  • loss of energy or increased fatigue
  • increase in purpose physical activity
  • feeling worthless or guilty
  • difficulty thinking,concentrating or making Decision
  • thought of death or suicide.

depression is caused by different reasons but there are a number of factor that may increase the chances of depression

  • Abuse

past physical sexual or emotional abuse tend to increase the likelihood for one to be depressesed

  • Conflict

personal conflict or dispute with family members or friends

  • Death or loss

sadness or grief from the death or loss of a loved one

  • Genetics

A family history of depression may increase the risk,its through that depression is a complex.

other personal problems,problem such as social isolation due to other mental illness or being cast out of a family or social group.

all in all what people don’t understand is denying yourself expression can also lead to depression.

depression has taken a lot of our youth and also adult who enter into crisis and end up committing harm to themselves little do they know its symptoms and also it can be cured

  • regular excercises

people tend to ignore that normal exercise can reduce stress which leads to depression.

exercise create positive feeling and also improves moods


  • Getting Enough quality sleep.

we tend to over work yourself in the name of burning the midnight oil but it has negative effect to our emotional,mental  being

sleep is one of traditional way to reduce the chances and reliefs depression

  • eating a health diet

food has an emotional fulfilling aspect. you should eat a proper diet people tend to eat anything during those hard moment but eating a proper diet not does it make you feel good but also makes you have a healthy body and mind

  • self help and coping

its advocated to seek for help ,no one is meant to be an island to interact find self help group.try to find organisation around your area that have the support you need

we all pass through storm,there are different kind of storms.we have financial ,health, relationship among other kinds of storms

You may be wondering the kind of a storm am talking about. Am not talking about the lighting and heavy rain but the normal challenges in life that make us feel devastated or rather struck down.

I want to encourage you that you shouldn’t look down but give in instead. A new day starts after long  storm comes  .During the  storm  you might lose apart of you and the storm may take away some valuables.

During the normal circumstance people will be ready to help you .They might give you an umbrella, a rain cot and wont go through that storm . There are type of storms that are visible and those which are invisible they attack the the heart and the most cases we tend to feel lost, alone and eventually the into a dark place where joy is stolen from our heart.

we have this notion that fear is a common emotion in our daily life and given it a green card to determine our response to life.fearIt has been given a center stage and a remote to our life.there are different type of fear

this different fear if not faced on may take a toll in our life and deny us the right to enjoy life has it .fear has away to contain us in a bottle making us not to move to a bigger and better horizon


you need to break that glass,that container that is holding you back to experience the beauty of life and its all in confronting it and finding someone to help you with that fear.

fear is just a liar telling you what you cant do.overcome it and experience the truth.


starting all over

it takes heart to start all kill the old you and bring forth a new beginning. we are tend to collect stuff along the way and some times they may be destructive to us in the future until on time that you find that you are so damaged to an extend that you cant figure out your  who you are.

it is better to start all over again rather than doing the same mistake expecting a wrong a different outcome.

it is said that most wars are won in the mind then it start all in the mind,if you want to take a different turn into you life,you need to fight in starting from the head.

we all have the power to start all over again and there is no always time to change.irrespective of time and age.
